Neverland Hobby has provided this beautiful new tool release of the German armored version of the classic G Wagen, in this 1/35 scale.

The detail quality is excellent in every way with this kit; crisp and detailed molding, as I have seen on other Neverland Hobby kits.

The Assembly is quick and easy.

You must select which version you are going to build before you start, I chose version -B based on a vehicle on Kabul service in 2009.

The assembly starts with the Chassis which is stages 1 through to 7. The instructions for these stages are clear, and construction is very easy and fit is perfect. The only observation I can give is that parts K10 do not need to be glued and are better not.

The on to the interior assembly – stages 8 through to11. I do think that the instrument panel decal could have been better. Again, the fit and assembly are very smooth and cannot be faulted. At stage 11 the interior is installed into the body.

Stages 12 to 23 cover the rest of the body and trim to complete the vehicle. At Stage 11 you do have the option to install the mine protection armor, I did add this as it adds to the finished model. I did like that mask set included for the windows, The masking tape used was perfect, it stopped any paint seepage and no residue when removed. Also, on the masking sheet where too masks for use in positioning parts PE5 and PE6, these were a very nice touch.

Once assembled I painted it with Tamiya paint and added the few decals required for the version I selected.

In conclusion this is an awesome kit, I highly recommend it and I really enjoy building the Wolf SSA. I am now looking forward to build the next release from Neverland Hobby!
